These terms govern your use of GPT Image V2. You must be legally able to use the service and have permission from every recognizable person whose photo you upload and animate. You are responsible for the photos, prompts, audio and other materials you submit and for how you use the output.
Video service
Hotel Lobby video generation is performed with MiniMax H3. Each generation costs 30 credits and makes a video from two separate single-person photos with a built-in lobby template. Choose a duration from 4 to 15 seconds, a resolution of 768P or 2K, and an aspect ratio of 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, or 3:4. The one-time packs are Single $9.90 for 30 credits (1 generation), Duo $29 for 120 credits (4 generations), and Party $59 for 300 credits (10 generations). No reference video is required. A built-in lobby template is included. No prompt writing needed. Includes newly generated audio, not the original recording. Audio cannot be turned off or replaced with your own track. Availability depends on the verified configuration shown in the studio. Every request creates a new video with generated audio. We do not guarantee that a person's identity, actions or lip movements will be accurate, or that an original song or performance can be recreated or licensed through this service.
Prohibited material and your responsibility
Do not upload unauthorized photos or material that infringes another person's rights. The Content Policy also prohibits pornography or other NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Do not submit music, footage or likenesses without the rights and consent needed to use them. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Moderation and enforcement
Provider safety checks may reject a request. We may also review reports, task records and available content, restrict a request while investigating, remove violating content, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account for unauthorized photos, infringement, prohibited content, repeated abuse or attempts to evade safety checks. We may deduct credits for requests that consume provider resources or violate these terms and may decline to restore credits spent on a policy-violating request, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. A confirmed technical failure follows the credit-return process; a closed tab or timeout does not prove failure. Unspent purchased credits are handled under applicable checkout terms and law, not automatically forfeited merely because an account is closed.
Reports and review
To report a suspected violation, email support@hotellobby.space or open a support ticket with the relevant URL, task reference and a description. Do not send sensitive photos unless requested through an appropriate channel. We assess reports using available content, account and provider signals; we may request more information, restrict access during review and take proportionate action. If your content or account is restricted, use the same contact path to request a review. See the Content Policy for the detailed process.
Credits, payments and availability
The applicable credit amount is shown before an available request starts. Buying a pack adds credits to your account. Sign in, upload two photos, and choose Create My Video to start a generation. One-time packs work without a subscription. Examples are free to watch. New accounts receive 10 welcome credits; a generation requires 30 credits. We do not currently offer a free personalized video trial. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. No fixed expiry rule for purchased credits has been published. Check the terms shown at checkout; do not assume credits last forever. A download is offered when a video is ready. A download after a real purchase has not yet been verified; we cannot promise it without that check. Watermark status has not been verified. We cannot promise a watermark-free result. No fixed finished-video storage period has been verified. Download your video promptly when available; permanent storage is not promised. A credit return after a confirmed technical failure may remain pending while the ledger settles. Provider-backed features may change or be unavailable. Do not assume a particular waiting time or perfect output.
