Refund Policy

Buying a pack adds credits to your account. Sign in, upload two photos, and choose Create My Video to start a generation. One-time packs work without a subscription. Examples are free to watch. New accounts receive 10 welcome credits; a generation requires 30 credits. We do not currently offer a free personalized video trial. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. No fixed expiry rule for purchased credits has been published. Check the terms shown at checkout; do not assume credits last forever. A download is offered when a video is ready. A download after a real purchase has not yet been verified; we cannot promise it without that check. Watermark status has not been verified. We cannot promise a watermark-free result. No fixed finished-video storage period has been verified. Download your video promptly when available; permanent storage is not promised. A pack is a one-time payment without auto-renewal. Review the amount and any applicable tax before checkout. A checkout redirect or success URL is not proof of payment: your order is confirmed only after the payment service reports it as paid.

New generations

Changing photos or partners, or trying again because you dislike a completed result, starts a new generation and costs 30 credits. Review the charge before selecting Create My Video. Checking progress, watching an existing result again and downloading it again do not start a new generation.

Technical failure and credit returns

A confirmed provider technical failure follows the credit-return process for the original task. A completed generation is not a failed task and is not restored merely because you dislike it. Repeated task notifications must not deduct or return credits twice. A return may take time to settle. A network timeout or closed tab alone does not prove a failure: check the same task reference in the generator first.

Safety rejection and policy violations

A safety rejection is reviewed separately from a technical failure. Credits consumed by a policy-violating request may not be restored, subject to applicable law and the Content Policy.

Cash refunds and billing disputes

A credit return is not a card refund. We do not advertise a fixed cash-refund window. For a duplicate charge, unsuccessful order or credit discrepancy, sign in and create a support ticket with your order reference or generator task reference. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by this notice.
