To provide GPT Image V2, we process account and billing information, selected photos, generation parameters and outputs, and technical information needed for security, moderation and support.
Photos and video generation
Before sign-in and submission, selected photos remain on your device. When you submit, two photos are uploaded to our file service and sent to a generation provider alongside the included lobby reference video with audio. The 30-credit charge and your selected duration (4-15 seconds), resolution (768P or 2K) and aspect ratio are shown before submission. Availability depends on the service configuration shown in the studio. We do not guarantee identity accuracy, lip synchronization or an exact recreation of an original song. The service does not grant rights to third-party music, performances or likenesses.
Uploaded inputs and outputs may have public, hard-to-guess URLs: anyone who obtains a link may be able to access the file. They are not intentionally posted to a public gallery. Do not upload images, video or audio you lack permission to share.
Storage and access
Generation records, uploads and results may be stored by site infrastructure and the provider. A fixed deletion or retention window has not yet been established; do not assume a file disappears when you close the page or delete a local draft. Browser draft photos are stored locally for up to one day to preserve them through sign-in and can be removed from the generator. Contact support for other access or deletion questions.
Safety reports and review
We may process a report, relevant URLs, task and account records, submitted material and provider safety signals to investigate suspected abuse. Do not upload or create pornography or other NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deceptive deepfakes or impersonations, or material infringing copyright or trademarks. Unauthorized photos and other violations can lead to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, and deduction or non-restoration of credits spent on policy-violating requests, subject to applicable law. Provider safety checks may reject requests. We assess reports, may request further information and may arrange review of a restriction through support@hotellobby.space or support tickets. Read the Terms of Service and Content Policy for user responsibilities and the full reporting and enforcement process.
Analytics and service providers
Optional analytics are subject to the consent control when configured. Authentication, payment, storage, generation and support services may process information necessary for their functions. Avoid including sensitive personal information in support messages unless needed.
Your choices
You can remove local photos from the generator and request information about stored data through support@hotellobby.space or support tickets. We respond according to applicable law and actual storage provider capabilities.
Crisp support chat
When optional support chat is enabled and consent permits it, Crisp may receive the project identifier, conversation or guest identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and chat messages. You can decline Crisp loading through the consent prompt.
First-touch attribution
On your first visit, a first-party anonymous ID cookie records when you arrived, the landing path, the referring website (if supplied), and any UTM campaign parameters. We retain the referral host even when a UTM campaign is present. If you register, we associate this first-touch record with your account and copy it to a checkout snapshot. Confirmed payment totals are attributed to that snapshot, not to the payment return page.
Optional Umami traffic analytics runs only after analytics consent. Declining optional analytics does not prevent the first-party attribution record used to understand registration and purchase sources. You may request access or deletion using the contact address above.
